These terms govern use of MenuFlow’s website and venue software. By signing in to a venue account, you accept them.

The service

MenuFlow lets venues manage digital TV menus, Staff Mode, and QR menus from a browser. We may improve or change features. We do not provide special hardware; you supply TVs, sticks, or other devices.

Accounts

Venue accounts are created by MenuFlow. There is no public self-serve signup. You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. Starter includes up to 2 screens. This website does not collect a credit card.

Plans and billing

Published prices are $59/month or $599/year for Starter, and $99/month or $999/year for Standard. Multi-venue is custom. MenuFlow does not automatically charge a card from this website. A platform administrator applies paid plans after you request one. You may cancel by asking an administrator to end the plan. When a plan period ends, saved menus and designs remain; publishing new changes may pause, and public screens follow the venue’s existing subscription policy including any grace period.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or publish unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, MenuFlow is not liable for device failures, venue internet outages, or indirect damages. You remain responsible for prices, ages, and alcohol service rules at your location.
