MenuFlow (“we”) provides digital menu software for venues. This page explains what we collect when you use the public website, contact us, or operate a venue account.

Information we collect

• Contact-form details you submit: name, email, venue name, and message.
• Venue login details we create for you: name, venue name, email, and a hashed password.
• Menu, screen, and QR content you store in your venue.
• Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and screen heartbeats used to show online/offline status.

How we use it

We use this information to set up and secure venue accounts, operate TV and QR menus, provide support, and keep the service reliable. We do not sell personal information. This website does not collect payment card details.

Sharing

We share data with hosting and email providers only as needed to run MenuFlow, or when required by law. Public QR pages and TV displays show the menu content you choose to publish.

Retention

Venue data stays until an administrator deletes the venue or you ask us to remove it. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes.

Your choices

You can update account details in the venue portal, request access or deletion by contacting support, and stop using public screens at any time. Displays follow your venue’s subscription policy after a plan period ends; saved menus are not deleted solely because a plan expired.
